Closed on Mondays.
When I looked into it five years ago it was 6k initiation, 5k/year just for golf. They had swimming/tennis/gym memberships as well. The cart plan was around 1800/yr.
Very packed but if you can play during the week it’s a great option.
Their practice area and four practice holes are great too.
I ultimately joined Pelican but only stayed for a year, had a back injury and was traveling a ton for work so I didn’t renew after my first year.

No tee times
Better course
Better overall experience
Not closed 50 times per year for corporate tournaments
Etc…
