and 6,000 employees are going to incur significant workload increases possibly leading to good employees exiting

I’m thinking it’s more with Jack over hiring in Covid and mismanaging a business. AI may play a much smaller role than being put out there

AI isn't the reason. The company is a basket case. Zero Hedge has several posts on its X site. It's comical how bad management has been.
