Your reminder that a spotter can’t save you if you drop the bar

Just, damn.

I always use the safety bars. I set them so that if I drop my arch the bar is barely touching my chest. From what I've seen on social that dude in the vid walked away from that with sprained wrists and some broken ribs. Looks like his whole damn chest was crushed.
