maybe we like having 3rd string tight ends named campbell..

Because you need TWO good blocking tight ends, plus insurance if Shockey is hurt. Miller is not a good blocker.

Easy! Because we have Shockey and Miller and meither are great at blocking. Short yardage situations must have blocking TE.
