That wasn't a SOTU address. That was some "no audience" bullshite Potato did in Philly iirc where he announced the OSHA mandated clot shots and said the USA has lost its patience with the unvaxxed. Was the most draconian and divisive speech in American history, but it wasn't technically a SOTU.
