Things to do in Sonoma/Santa Rosa that are NOT wine related

Staying in Santa Rosa in early May on points and looking for some reccomended non-winery things to do.
We plan on visiting a bunch of wineries and getting a driver for at least one day, but we are looking for some other activities that you would reccomend to fill out the itinerary?
Edit: we will have a rental car and enjoy medium difficulty hikes and food tours.

Do you have a rental car?
The area over by Guerneville is beautiful and lots of great hiking spots in the Redwoods. Same with the Sonoma Coast/Bodega Bay.
