Any recommended material for learning piano?

I just bought a mid range digital piano. Took lessons when I was really young but ultimately I'll be starting over since that was so long ago.
I don't think it will take me very long to read sheet music again.
Any good learning tools that you can recommend would be appreciated. Seems to be an almost infinite amount of online options.

They've been around for about 80 years, and the lower level books are more child-like in their scope and illustrations, but how about the John W. Schaum Piano Course Books A through H?
