Okay,here's what you should do as a father: You should tell your son that no mater the teasing he gets he should brush it off, or if it persists go to the teacher. If the teacher does not handle it to his satisfaction then he should go up the chain of command; which would end with a phone call to you or mom if no one does the right thing.

It sounds as if your child may have instituted the physical end of this altercation, and that isn't appropriate for anyone; wheelchair or not. HOWEVER, if anyone were to lay hands on your son first then he should strike back by any means necessary - wheelchair drive by, two by four, whatever. Those are the rules in my house anyway, and it's worked quite well.

Sounds like the bully pushed him back into his chair first...then he defended himself.

Sad situation, and it says more about this generation than it does football fans. As many others have stated, when I went to school the people that picked on the handicapped kids were taken care of...it all starts in the home.

My friend is paralyzed and is a die hard LSU fan and if any bama dude hit him me and the rest of my friends would put them in a wheelchair (literally).
