in 2023, many thought after the AFC Championship failure that Harbaugh was going to be fired and DC, Mike McDonald, would take over as the new Ravens HC. Instead, they keep Harbaugh and let McDonald walk to the Seahawks.
2 seasons later:
Harbaugh fired from the Ravens after missing the playoffs
Mike McDonald wins a Super Bowl with Seattle in year 2 with the best overall defense in the NFL

Mike McDonald also has the best roster in the NFL, especially on defense, and his GM drafts like 2-3 pro bowlers every year.
