WAFB 2026 LSU Baseball preview

Eads is the best local reporter we've had on the baseball beat in a decade.

I'm not considering Hunt (has another job + does radio, not truly on the beat, but he's great) or Jacques (GOAT, but program director and not on the bear).

I liked Moran mainly because he was a good twitter follow. Koki is better than Leah Vann. Still doesn't hold a candle to Eads.

Absolutely true, he has always alluded to this himself.

I believe when he was first kicking off his radio show, he said he was a baseball then basketball guy and asked for some patience as he was learning football batter on the job. I think he has done a pretty good job getting up to speed on football. He is definitely my favorite guy on the Baton Rouge ESPN station.
