Restaurants like that are always tricky. Someone will recommend a place that sells Cuban food, I'll go there and it's Tex-Mex and a Cuban sandwich with jalapenos. Some places get it right, though, as long as the cook is familiar with the dishes.

I can't remember if I saw it on the menu, but I'm positive that they have it. I never order picadillo at restaurants because I prefer to make my own (either over rice, or as pastelitos stuffed with picadillo).
