Poole is not a playoff player.
As I've heard Zach Lowe and Bill Simmons say the Pelicans have eight players they all like. Just needs someone (Michael Malone) to blend them together and move that Poole Salary for a better big man that can score a little and rebound.

I don’t think a coach is going to make that much of a difference This is a players league. We just don’t have the stars . Zion is more worried about getting porn stars pregnant than playing ball. Queen and Fears are decent but the rest of the players are average at best. Being stuck with Dumars makes it 10x worse. He makes Griffin look like Pat Riley
