I didn’t realize Blake Fertitta of the Houston Rockets Fertitta’s went to LSU.

There’s been a lot of buzz that if Gayle ever wanted to sell Saints the Fertittas would be interested in them.

Helping LSU in NIL would be a good way get in with the local crowd.

Pretty sure there are some restrictions regarding NFL ownership and college NIL. Jerry Jones, for example, isn't really able to help Arkansas in that regard.

You can give to the university but directly to NIL is a different story

Fertitta holdings also include Landry’s, Inc. (with over 600 restaurants) and the Golden Nugget Casinos and Hotels chain,

Chicken won’t allow us to share tweets from Joseph Hebert or Tyler Daigle anymore, but Lane made us a loophole

I thought Fertitta was the big NIL donor for the Houston Cougars
His name is on their arena and I think he raises a lot of $ for that school

I'm currently at the Landry's leadership conference on Vegas. I'll see if he's there and and try to bring it up.

Tillman is a UH booster. Blake is his son, who went to LSU.

Gayle would never sell the team. She gets off on knowing she hustled the Saints from Tom! She would let it burn before she sold them

Wonderful, then we can expect him to start donating to LSU when he inherits his father's wealth (considering he is 68yo) in say, 25+ years?
