Not all of them. There are a lot of good guys in there now. People began infiltrating en masse the moment Higby made it known their chats were compromised on Signal. A lot of lurkers on there.

Well, I mean, they sorta work together as a team, but I remember seeing 0Hour first announce that they'd found this website and were "going in." And later he was telling his team to "copy everything" once they got in.
