Minter was a big pull out of GA in the last class. LA just doesn't seem to produce top LB's so we have to try and steal them from other states. DL on the other hand...

Agreed on minter. think hes gonna be good. But i cant understand why LA doesnt produce LB's. Mauti is a good friend of mine and he was a damn good LB but i think we didnt offer him bc of his injury and he seemed to be Penn St all the way

We will see how some of our younger players pan out. But unless someone makes the switch to TE. Then we definately HAVE to sign a TE this year.

I think next would definately be CB. Sure we have plenty in stock but in a few years the cupboard will be bare, especially after Peterson goes pro his Jr. year.

The same can be said for RB and WR. Rule of thumb is if you dont get it the year before then you Have to get it the next year. You have to think where you will be in 3 years.

We don't need a lot of LB's just one or two Star LB's.

I think these positions are our biggest needs for next year. These recruits like LSU, but I'd be shocked if we landed 4 or more of these studs:

1. Running Back(s): Lache Seastrunk / Marcus Lattimore (assuming we don't get Bryce Brown, we'll need some more RB's to replace CS & KW after they graduate)
2. Wide Receiver(s): Trovon Reed (after JoJo & TH graduate, TT will be a senior and we'll need some talented young receivers to line up with RR)
3: Defensive Backs: Eric Reid / Toney Hurd Jr. (both of these guys would be amazing to see in the secondary with PP & CL)
4. Line Backers: John Maclin / Shaun Lewis (def. need some more linebackers, would be lucky to land either of these studs)
5. Tight End: Travis Dickson (Richard's little brother, who Richard says is bigger and faster than he was at his age)
6: Quarter Back: Terrance Broadway (can never have enough QB's on the roster, which we all learned after the Perrilloux episodes)

Should be #1 IMO.

Well, you can have too many. Only shot at Broadway is if he is willing to redshirt.
Incoming year for Broadway with no redshirt:
Jefferson- Jr
Lee- Sr
Shepard- So
Garrett- RS Fr

I like that list alot. it was just about was i was thinking. i think that the broadway kids gonna go somewhere else. i would love to see him it purple and gold but i think hes gonna go somewhere that is not have all these young Qbs like we have. if shep goes to a percy harvin ( which i think would be best for him and us) then it would help to try to get him. think the kids needs to go somewhere wear he can shine early and often bc he looks like hes got "it"

Is Richard missing them? This serial killer thing has me worried about the kid's character.

We can't afford to have this guy cutting off the hands of all of our players.

nice job of naming every big recruit you know and then listing them in an order that makes no sense in terms of need.
