In Honduras, the deputy of the National Party, Gladis Aurora López, sustained injuries after being struck by an explosive while holding a press conference in the lower chamber of the National Congress.

Authorities are investigating the incident through the review of security cameras.

The Liberty and Refoundation Party (Libre) gathered this afternoon in the area in defense of the vote count and respect for the popular will, at the same time that the legislative president, Luis Redondo, called a session with the aim of replacing the functions of the National Electoral Council (CNE).

Wow.

You can thumb slow mo that and see it come from below that deck, but over right behind her.

With out slow mo; it looks like the device may have hit her from the left but the blast blew her forward and the right after coming from 12 o’clock.

She and her buddy had vests on, it seems.

It has velocity to it too.

Looks to be the size of a tennis ball.

Whoever shot/threw it has remarkable aim for her to be on the move like that.

It appears it was filled with blue powder. Either a liberal did it or they wanted to announce it's a boy.

To add that if she was indeed the intended target then that's about as accurate as it can get
