I wonder if his could be part of an economic pincer move on China's oil supplies?

If China loses their imported oil from Venezuela and the US somehow stems the flow of oil from Iran....look out y'all.
If there is a toppling of the mullahs in Iran and a disruption in oil exports to China things could heat up rather quickly.
If the oil stops from Venezuela and Iran to China it would be a 20% reduction in China's daily demand.
