Clarification on portal visit rules

I've seen a few here mention the Matt Moscona tweet about players not being able to visit until the 5th.
No shocker, that's incorrect.
LSU target Iverson Hooks is set to see Wisconsin tomorrow, January third. There are a few players making their first visits TODAY (January 2nd)

Moscona is the king at acting like everything he's saying is 100% accurate and you're an idiot for ever questioning him. Then he'll quietly retract his statement at 5:59 p.m. on his afternoon radio show.
