Aren’t they supposed to be American citizens? It’s unreal that it’s even tolerated or said or not classified as Minnesota residents, etc.

The Somalians here are the families of those who supported Marxist war criminal Mohamed Siad Barre, who ruled Somalia for 2 decades before being defeated in the Somalian Civil War. It's allowing the worst people from the one of the worst places in Earth into this country.
