My Accu-rite crapped out after 7 years of good service. Looking to spend $100to $250. What's the latest and greatest?

I’ve had an Ambient Weather WS-2000 for 5 years now and it’s been great. There’s quite a few compatible sensors you can buy to go along with it.

I’ve got extra temp/humidity sensors in my camper and chicken coop and a lightning sensor at the top of my kids playhouse.

I had bought a soil moisture a few years ago for my garden but it crapped out after a year and never replaced it.

The only thing I have to watch out for is every once in a while a spider will crawl under the rain gauge and spin a web under the cup that prevents it from dropping down and recording rainfall. But it’s easy enough to unscrew the bottom and knock it out.

I looked at quite a few but didn't like the display information on any. So I bought the same model.

Obviously late to the party here, but I have a Tempest and like it.

I’ve been eyeballing options and still curious even if the OP bought something
