Saints Dead Money 2025
I didn’t realize we had 93. 93 fricking players counting against our 2025 cap in dead money alone. God I hope Shough keeps shoughin. We need a cheap quarterback back room for a few years. Having two quarterbacks on rookie deals. That will help.
NeverMind. A lot of teams have close to that many. It’s still a lot though. I was curious about our room for next year so I was looking at the numbers.

Pretty bad way to break it down since half of those are less than .02%.

Carr's dead cap in 2026 is absurd, but thank goodness it isn't spread out until 2030.

We really need to progress a little bit next year. Hit the draft, shore up a few positions through fa, and knock it out the park come 2027.
