In perfect health, how long until Zion falls off a cliff?

Zion was never built to have a long career in my opinion. His style of play and body style make him unlikely to last deep into his 30s, which makes the wasted last 7 years so frustrating.

Let's say in a perfect world, he stays slimmer and relatively healthy. He likely only has 4-5 more years of peak athleticism.

His game is going to age like milk. Think Derrick Rose, Westbrook, Iverson.

Even a guy who adapted somewhat like Blake Griffin, had a rapid decline after 30.

That's why a guy like Queen is so special.

I want to trade Zion now because I think he's probably already close to starting his decline athletically. He's not going to get better as an undersized PF who doesn't shoot 3s and relies on elite athleticism at 30.

He is definitely a guy you want to sell early. Morant is another one. Dudes who can't shoot and rely almost entirely on explosiveness are the guys who decline quickest.

I’m still waiting for him to get on some sort of cliff. Complete waste of #1 overall pick.
