Looking for the 20 degree temps to take out my mustard and collard green patch tonight.

So I've picked a huge mess of both to cook down and place in the freezer to eat on later dates. Already have done this a couple times already so I should have plenty in the freezer for now.

yeah i'm gonna go get my mustard greens but i'm leaving everything else (turnips, beets, lettuces etc). the bed soils should not freeze with just 6 hrs below 30 here. this rain will help (water cant get below 32)

Until completely frozen..

while the mixture remains at 32°F until freezing is complete, the final solid ice can certainly get colder than 32°F

I just hope it keeps raining and stays wet

I pulled up my turnip greens weeks ago when it got down to the low 20's.
