Who has the best chicken and sausage gumbo recipe? Looking to cook one today. I tried Donald links fried chicken and andouille and it was the best I’ve ever cooked, just looking to try a new recipe. Thank you

Marcelle Bienvenu, notice she uses a hen instead of chicken which stands up better to long cooking times.

Google Judy Walker gumbo (NOLA). It’s the only method I use now.
