When they closed the govt part of what the dems wanted was to allow Cali to continue and for the other states to do the same, and then duplicate it with the obamacare nonsense (elon was right, follow the SSNs).

So we have somalis, and no doubt thousands of other NGOs doing the same, the insurance companies, and the states, all at the trough for medicaid and obamacare.
