Id advise only 1 pill a day which is around 10 milligrams.

Not sure, but the limit now is whatever will max your counters for the year. So last year (2025 cycle) the SEC maintained the 85-man scholarship limit, this year they may have upped it to the 105 roster limit but I have not seen anything official.
So you can take as many as it takes to reach your scholarship limit.
