Any word on NIL budget?

Along with the heap of absolute horseshite that was posted up until yesterday I remember there being talk of a guaranteed NIL budget approaching 30-40 million a year. Does anyone have any updates or info on what we’re looking to spend per year?

Revenue share (15 mill or so) + 25 mil pure NIL. So roughly 40 mil roster budget total which is insane.
