I’ve never seen this by a professional organization. Don’t feel like playing? No problem you still get paid. It’s a culture issue here big time.

Zion has killed the culture here and now everyone follows his lead as there has been no consequence for him. He's been a piece of shite for 7 years, never played in a playoff game, and has still cashed in roughly 300 million. Guys 2-15 see that and naturally let their foot off the gas.
