Major overhaul next year

Whoever the head coach, it’s pretty obvious a major overhaul needed in personnel. That reported 25 mil. NIL probably needs another 10 ! How about 4-5 on head Coach and another 10 on NIL ? College football is broken !

That has to be the new model going forward. No coach should be paid over 5 million salary on a 5 year contract. Every year the HC wins 10 games, he adds an extra year to his contract automatically. Then pay him and assts major bonuses for winning SEC, getting in playoffs, getting to final game, and winning the Natty, The bonus could easily reward the HC to over 10 million per season. But, if they fail at their job, i.e. Kelly, then they only make 5 million and the majority of the $ goes to get the best players. HC should like that program because getting the best players, if the HC is any good, gives the coaches a great chance to win big bonus for success.
The present model of giving so much to the HC is a losing model that has to change. It is absurd.
