FSU mentality of lose one game then quit

Is this a norvell thing? They were rolling their first few games scoring 60-70 points then they lost on the road on a Friday in a weird one to Virginia. It seemed embarrassing but Virginia turned out to be half decent. Then fsu just quits. The way you know they quit is they don’t put up 40-50-60 points on the puffs anymore hell might even lose to them. It’s a clearly a quiters mentality they have

I think it’s a Norvell thing in the sense that Norvell fills his roster with mercenaries every season, so yea. When the grand prize becomes unobtainable he certainly doesn’t command that they “fight fight fight, for FSU”

I think it’s more of a modern day college football thing. Once playoffs are unattainable teams quit. See lsu in the second half against TAMU. Players begin to play not to get hurt and start “shopping” them selves before the portal even opens.
