The announcement could be that he is staying and signing the extension. Pump those brakes.

He’s not staying. After the last two weeks, why would they need another week to figure it out? The decision has been made by all parties. He’s just coaching the rest of the regular season.

I’m of the belief he stays in Oxford. He was successful in getting a huge raise and his NIL program is already set up in a good way.

Everyone knows from the press release he isn’t staying. My bet is that this becomes a shite show at Ole Miss. Some big money guys will come together and want to get rid of him and offer him a small buyout to hit the road before the Egg Bowl. Like $1-$2 million.
Just a guess, but I’m sure old school OM boosters are pissed right now.
