Anyone know of a well written, accurate, biography on Barry Seal? TIA

No, but you can watch around a half hour of discussion of Barry Seal by a friend of his who also flew drugs:
Start at 28:34 for Barry Seal. The whole episode is worth watching.

It begs the question - this is ripe fodder for either Annie Jacobsen (maybe not the entire book on Seal, but that whole era of CIA involvement, cocaine trafficking, Noreiga, etc.) or, perhaps Bowden (but maybe he was good with Killing Pablo). Either one would produce a book that is unassailably well-researched and as accurate as something like that could be.
So, what's out there?
Obviously American Made.
Del Hahn's Smuggler's End (2016)
Jon Senneker's 2021 book looks interesting.
I guess I would go with Dan Hopsicker's Barry and the Boys from last year (2024), if I was to buy one today.

Not a Seal biography, but I remember him being mentioned several times in The Man Who Made it Snow by Max Mermelstein

I have Barry Seal's safe sitting in my garage. My father-in-law picked it up at and estate sale back in the 80's.
I can only imagine what has been in that thing.
