Trade Advice- Woody Marks?

Guy in 2nd is trying to make a run at a championship, and he thinks Kyren is his missing piece.

His offer right now is Woody Marks, Quentin Johnston and Early/Mid 2 & 3 next year. He doesn't have a 1 anymore

Most trade evaluators say smash accept, but I'm just not that excited about Woody Marks (or Johnston, for that matter). Am I missing something?

After a couple of bad trades and a couple of down years, I'm rebuilding and Kyren is currently the centerpiece

QB: Nix, Indidaniel Jones
RB: Kyren, RJ Harvey, Rhomandre, Charb
WR: DeVonta, Troy Franklin, Chemire Dike, Alec Pierce, Kirk and a bunch of scrubs
TE: Ferguson, Henry, Friermuth
