Hoards of cash being flushed
Governors inserting themselves into the athletic program
NCAA investigations
Coaches rotating through every four years
Lawsuits
Player tragedies

Seriously, what the hell is LSU football?
Is this really the way it’s supposed to look?

Who is the guy who can come in and course correct this Charlie Foxtrot?
Who has the damn chest to take all this on and place this program where it belongs? Who can establish a new standard?

I’m not touting the return of Saban, and I’m not in the camp that believes he is coming home. However, whoever is selected as the next leader of this program will need to be a lot like him.

Or the coaching changes board won’t have had time to cool before we start this merry go round again.

Nobody is like Saban, that’s what makes him the greatest college football coach of all time.

This is a bad hiring cycle. It sucks, but it is what it is.

Why is this a bad hiring cycle? All the teams looking for a coach?

There’s two choices: Nick Saban (pipe dream not happening) and Lane Kiffin

3 big CFB Programs need coaches

All up and coming coaches are all at their alma mater.

It’s just a bad year to fire a coach and find a replacement.

LSU has a long and storied history of political machinations - it is just that sometimes sunlight reveals its presence....

Isn't that just about every year now. I dont think it's a bad year for hiring cycle, it's lack of candidates people think are qualified. All successful coaches started some where, can LSU find the diamond in the rough?

Everyone says lane would kill it, but most said Kelly would to, heck he had one of the highest win rates in CFB.
You never know with these coaches who will succeed and who will fail...
Honestly did anyone think coach o would win a natty?
