How to watch / follow international rugby?

So lately my Instagram algorithm has really been diving deep into crazy rugby highlights. I’ve always really liked it, played some on a club team in college, but never really followed.

With these clips I’m getting and the Netflix show they do on Six Nations, it’s got me wanting to follow the sport more. I know we have some rugby fans on here. Where’s the best place to go to track this stuff? I always find international sports with their different leagues and schedules tough to follow but would like to get into it.

And where is best channel / streamer to watch the games?
