Anyone on the rant address the Southern Gentleman and his wife’s brief separation when he filed for divorce and how quickly they “reconciled”? Story got buried quicker than cat shite in the litter box.

There’s your negotiation leverage right there.

Sorry to say but allegations and circumstantial incrimination won’t cut it. Actual video, multiple witnesses, or documentary evidence only please for a $million contract dispute. Not to mention there is protocol for firing for cause.

The lack of professionalism, foresight, and planning, unfortunately, has likely costed some of our most esteemed supporters and alumni a lot of money. IMO it’s a disgrace.

Help me out here, what does BK cheating on his wife have to do with his job as LSU's coach and why would it result in a reduced buyout?

He does have a morality clause in his contract. So it may depend on who he was illegally scrimmaging with.

You can’t bring up that shite from a couple of years ago as a reason to fire a coach. It has to be addressed in a timely manner. Also, BK would have to have been noticed of the termination for cause and given 7 days to respond to the allegations. This didn’t happen bc he didn’t get fired for cause. He was “terminated without cause” per the contract.

You also can’t threaten him to release bad info if he doesn’t settle. Thats essentially blackmail.
