Last night went as expected.

Nuss starts and does ok at first , OL shits the bed, #10 has zero business getting as much PT as he does (NIL probably at play). Had to play a perfect game.
MVB comes in to give a spark. Game got within 1 score and call was made to refs and the crazy reviews happen. The catch by #0 had zero business being a review. 3 out of 5 plays reviewed. The worst of all was the reverse first down on MVB slide. After that it was over.
Couple 4th down plays that FW played it to conservative especially as an interm coach.
Need a good HC hire but I have total confidence LSU will get lazy again and make a mediocre hire.

This. The LSU D matches up well vs. Bama. The LSU offense is trash, and the Bama D is one of the best in the conference.

I thought it went better than expected overall. We were in it almost the whole game, and if the refs and our legit penalties and drops hadn’t been ridiculous, we could have actually pulled it out. Wasn’t thinking that going in.
