Anyone watch this? Sad how many vets go to war and sacrifice the rest of their mental lives. They can't live a normal life after.

Watched it the other night. It's very sad that these warriors are so lost when they come home and cant live life. I find it interesting that the reason why alot of these men are able to have the mental fortitude to do what they do in war is because of the child hood trauma they went through in broken homes when they were younger. Then they stack the PTSD on top of of that after war is over and it just exacerbates their childhood trauma. Every single one that went thorough the psychedelic treatment said that they didnt have flash backs to anything they went through in war, it was all stuff they went through as children that they had to face to start to recover.

Exactly their root causes were from childhood. Makes you think that might be why they become elite soldiers to begin with. Being able excel at something very few men could do.
