Suggestions needed in New Orleans area: Looking for a good turkey for thanksgiving

So our family does a turducken and one unique turkey every year. Last year we did Lufu and year before we did Copeland’s. Looking for other suggestions someone mentioned Blue Oak smoked turkey.

I get a lot of my stuff from Sammy's deli.

Yeah my thoughts exactly. We’ve eaten at 14 Parishes about 3 times and the food is delicious every single time. Came across this earlier and I would absolutely smash this

Sure will. One my family friends suggested me Greenberg turkey from Tyler tx. Has anyone had them before?
