Coaching hire strategy

I’d like to see us drop a ton..substantial bigger than expected amount on the best proven coordinators and get a solid good head coach without a ridiculous contract. Maybe not the sexiest way to hire, but might get better results.

I think we'll see more of this b/c you can properly vet assistant coaches who are yet to be head coaches

I think we will do this. Everything points to us making a cheaper hire. It’s either a coordinator or a cheaper head coach. We are getting the McNeese president and maybe their AD. I think we will be more frugal than free spending Scott Woodward. It’s ok, but you have to hire the right coach.
