Wilson will undoubtedly bring some fire to the team.
If the shake-up isn't enough to run the table, where do you see us tripping up?
Here's what Orgeron did in 2016 after Miles left.

Team LSU Rk W/L Score Record SEC Record
Missouri NR W 42–7 3-2 2-1
So. Miss NR W 45–10 4-2 2-1
Ole Miss (#23) #25 W 38–21 5-2 3-1
Alabama (#1) #13 L 0–10 5-3 3-2
@ Arkansas (#25) #24 W 38–10 6-3 4-2
Florida (#23) #16 L 10–16 6-4 4-3
@ Texas A&M NR W 54–39 7-4 5-3
Louisville (#13)* #20 W 29–9 8-4

*Citrus Bowl

ETA: I'm not considering whether he's up for the HC position - just finishing the current season.

Does he even want to be head coach?

Great post. The team will be more inspired for sure, but Bama will beat the brakes off LSU if Nuss is QB. If Nuss is QB I can promise he will get hurt.

Not even sure about being a HC.
I'm just hoping he can inspire the team to play the rest of the season.
We've got the talent - and we've still got some good games on the schedule.

Which would be a good thing - especially since he lost us the Florida game in 2016.

Can he go 3-1? Sure

He won’t get the job though

Unlikely, but you'll know if he does. You'll see a ton of former player campaigning for him, and then you'll see Clark/Spears campaigning for him on national TV.

Personally, I don't think Frank wants the head job.

If correctly officiated that game goes to OT 0-0. Yes the defender’s knee was down after the fumble recovery, but the Bama TD had multiple holds and the FG was a result of the phantom offsetting personal foul.
