defense is terrible
if they can't win the division with the struggles of the other teams it has to be time

The Steelers haven't fired a coach since the merger.
Tomlin can never be allowed to have a losing season.

Tomlin is 37 day old hotdog water mixed with 17 day old milk left out in the sun.

The Steelers have the worst pass defense in the league after going after high profile free agents in the secondary. Their run defense isn't much better. Currently they have the most expensive defense in the league.
Teryl Austin is by far the worst DC in the league, with several ex-players stating how they always knew what the Steelers under Austin and Tomlin would run. Today Tomlin went out to the media and stated that absolutely no staff changes would be made.
Love Tomlin or hate him, it's time for a new coach and perspective in Pittsburgh.
