Urban is a joke and would be a disaster.
He's another Kelly in this era (a-hole CEO-type who hasn't innovated in 10+ years), but one who already suffered his embarrassing career-ending failure.

Did you miss his 6 months in Jacksonville?
He's a joke at actually coaching/scheming and was exposed as literally one of the worst NFL hires ever.
He recruited in the pre-NIL era. Means nothing now.
He's a CEO-type who is completely reliant on his coordinators and offers very little value in terms of scheme. Those guys are being shown the door in modern CFB.
