Coach’s accepting a job before ever stepping foot on campus - how often does this happen

Must be getting harder and harder these days to do this, but is common for coaches to accept HC jobs without ever stepping foot on campus?

I get not visiting due to things getting out etc but wouldn’t you want to at least visit the locker room or practice facility or something
