It takes a failure on every level to look that bad.

Failure to develop that overrated talent.
Failure to motivate players.
Failure to recruit players with heart and character.
Failure to game plan and scheme to put players in position to succeed.
Failure to hold players and coaches accountable.
An F in every possible category.
