…let that sink in. If you’d have told me that before the season, I’d wouldn’t have believed it. Yet here we are. Sad state of affairs in Baton Rouge these days.

You forgot it because it isn’t true.
Teams can count one win against a FCS opponent for bowl eligibility.

They’ll beat Western Kentucky which would get you to six wins. Maybe they’ll play Wake Forest in the Pop Tarts Bowl or ULL in the New Orleans Bowl.

I’m in NO way advocating for them to make a bowl game my dear brother in Christ. The less I have to watch this team play this year, the better. I was merely pointing out how unbelievable the current situation is compared to pre-season expectations.
