Help with Old Picture to Video AI

So this is what I want to do:
I want to give my parents a Christmas present. I want a digital frame that displays a rotating series of short videos. I want these videos to be AI videos made from old family pictures, bringing the old photos to life. (Think Harry Potter style picture album).
1. What service (I don’t mind paying) should I look for to make 8-10 second clips of about 20-50 pictures.
2. All I have ever bought is cheesy digital frames. Is there a digital frame that is a respectable price point that is nicer?
Any help to point me in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.

Get the Grok app (or Gemini). It will convert your old pics to AI video. I think they’re 6 secs. You can use an app like iMovie to stitch them together if you want. Haven’t looked at digital frames in a while but you’ll need one that supports playing videos. They don’t all do that.
