My Alma Mater has .500 record in its first season in big boy-ish football. I am impressed.

When I was on staff there had been a push to join CUSA when it first formed and leave the MVC. The president had just come from Boise, but the MU faction of the government said no. In retrospect, I think it was smart to wait and give SEMO the FBS big boy title and let Longwood start up.

I wonder how much time MTSU is going to give Derek Mason? Rick Stockstill wasn't exactly crushing it but they were rarely this bad under him.

Nothing like a fall Wednesday evening and a CUSA game on.

Derek Mason looks like he’s about to fall asleep on the sidelines

If I didn’t know who he was I’d never guess that he was the team’s head coach. He looked completely checked out.
