[/img]Beautiful home and manicured Bermuda grass throughout. This area is shaded with 2 huge live oaks and a mix of Bermuda and St. Augustine around the trees. Added dirt where it is bare because of water laying in the bare areas. Tried putting asiatic Jasmine but not growing that well. Should I plant flowers all along the trees and in bare area LINKPosted on 10/21/25 at 6:19 pm to shoelessjoe

In your opinion should I just plant this under the trees or where I just put fresh dirt as well? Was also thinking of putting a walkway off of the driveway through the bare areas to a spot under the trees and putting a daybed or swing for the wife.

Add new garden soil in the bare areas. Buy it in bulk. Stay away from the bagged stuff. Cgrands plant suggestions are good. You can also use ardesia japonica
