Why did Kelly keep saying we only had 3 possessions in the first half

Is he an idiot? We had 4 possessions. And scored on 3 of them.

Guy is lost and needs help. Another question was why they chose to punt on the last 4th down and he kept saying; oh well we got the ball back. The reporter had to repeat it so he understood he was talking about the last one.
